The patient received Botox along the muscles in the forehead. Improvement: The patient was able to retain the general movement of her eyebrows however the wrinkling effect no longer occurs. There was also an overall improvement in the texture of the forehead. The lines and wrinkles that were previous present are virtually nonrecognizalbe.

These muscles are naturally stronger in men and can be a major problem area with wrinkles. The patient was treated with Botox in the Forehead area and throughout the Glabella. Improvement: The initial wrinkles see when the patient was squinting are virtually gone. Slight movement of the eyebrows was left to ensure a natural look. However even when the patient squints significantly harder after the treatment, the previous wrinkles do not occur.

These wrinkles are often termed as crows feet. This patient had crows feet wrinkles when her face was relaxed and more when smiling. Botox was used around the eye area. Improvement: Although unable to be shown in the second picture, the patient is showing a large smile. The crows feet wrinkles no longer show on the sides of her eyes however she retained full facial movement below the eyes to ensure a natural look. The texture in the area has also been improved and signs of even small lines and wrinkles are gone.

The patient also received a minimal amount of Botox in the forehead area to improve the symmetry of the shape of the eyebrows. Improvements: You see an overall improvement in the fullness of the lower face. There was a subtle difference in the lips which created a more full, but still natural look. The nasolabial folds have also lessened in depth. The end result is an fuller look in the lower face created a more youthful and excited look.

Botox was used around the chin and jaw area to give a lifted effect. A small amount of fillers were used around the nasolabial folds to increase the volume and to decrease the wrinkle. Improvements: The effect is a lifted look in the lower face. The jaw area looks less saggy and elongated. The nasolabial folds are visible but with a much less defined line to them. The looks is natural and helps restore a more youthful appearance.

A combination of Botox and Juvederm was used to give him a Liquid Facelift. Botox was used around the chin and jaw area to give a lifted effect. A small amount of fillers were used around the nasolabial folds to increase the volume and to decrease the wrinkles. Additionally a small amount of the filler was used around the mouth area. However minimal filler was needed as the effect from the Botox lift did most of the work. Improvements: The effect is a lifted and tightened look in the lower face. The jaw area looks less saggy and the area around the mouth more full. The nasolabial folds are more full but still visible to help retain the natural, less aged look that men are usually after. The after picture shows a face that looks more youthful and less tired.

With just one TCA chemical peel we were able to give her a more youthful bright and clear skin tone. Forehead and frown lines were smoothed away with Dysport which is a neurotoxin similar to Botox.
