Main complaint: Volume loss, age lines, wrinkles.

Treatments: Botox on forehead, glabella, around the eyes, and around the mouth. Juvederm under the eyes, cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette area.

Improvements:Overall appearance improved by adding volume. Eyes have a more open and rested look. Under the eyes are less hollowed and tired looking. Jowels are softened and mouth area has a more lifted, younger look.
